Dr Jovanovic consults from his practice that is based in Coffs Harbour Orthopaedics + Physiotherapy building at 175 Rose Ave, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450. Dr Jovanovic has an appointment as Visiting Medical Officer at both Baringa Private Hospital and Coffs Harbour Base Hospital where he performed his surgical procedures.
Dr Jovanovic is a KNOWN GAP surgeon to all his patients with private health insurance who require surgery.
Meet Dr Alex Jovanovic
Dr Alex Jovanovic FRACS, FAOrthA was born and educated in Europe before he graduated from the Medical School at the University of Belgrade in 1982.
He completed his specialist orthopaedic training in Europe in 1991 where he practiced as an Orthopaedic Surgeon for years before moving to Australia in 1999. After further training in Canberra and Melbourne Dr Jovanovic obtained accreditation with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons(FRACS) and become a fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association(FAOrthA).
Dr Jovanovic has had additional training in Shoulder and upper limb surgery.
Dr Jovanovic is a Coffs Harbour based orthopaedic surgeon specialist performing surgery of the Shoulder, Knee and Hip including general Orthopaedics, Trauma and Sports injuries.
